STEM jobs in the Inland Empire are growing faster than the educational system can provide a skilled workforce. Counselors play a crucial role in building this workforce pipeline. STEP aims to engage counselors with STEM professionals and post-secondary partners to understand the necessary steps for students interested in STEM careers. The Counselor STEPCon will highlight local STEM careers and educational institutions, featuring insights from professionals and educators on recommended courses and skills. The goal is to support a STEM-literate ecosystem, making STEM careers attainable for all Inland Empire students.
